We are looking for new agents!
NO EXPERIENCE NECCESARY!!
How does the pay work?
This is fully commission, no salary.
New agents start with a 90% contract.
How that works:
Let's say you sell someone a policy for $70 a month.
You're entitled to $63 a month for the next 12 months
You'll get a 9 month advance on that, meaning within the next few days of you writing that policy, you'll get $567
Then in months 10, 11, and 12 of the policy being active, you'll get $63 each.
You should on average be writing at least 4-5 policies a week
Which comes out to $2,000-$3,000 weekly
On-boarding Process
Here's how you can get started:
After we reach out to you, the first thing we'll have to do is work on getting licensed.
You'll need to take an online course for Life Insurance Licensing.
The course is done at your own pace, typically takes 1-2 weeks to complete.
Normally costs $150 but our company helps pay for $100 so you'll only have to pay $50 to take this course.
One you pass the course you then take the official state test, which costs $40 to take.
Once you pass the test you'll be given your license and we can get you contracted with us.
As soon as the Monday immediately following getting your license,
we will meet with you over Zoom, Mon-Fri for about 1-2 hours a day providing you all the training on products and sales you'll need to get started.
The week following the Zoom training, you'll be training with a Manager and actually selling clients and making money!
How we get our Clients and Leads
We work with multiple life insurance lead vendors who do the hassle of finding people interested in insurance for us through various means, so you don't have to spend your time searching for clients or cold calling all day!
Our lead vendors provide these leads to us by various means and price to make sure we have leads for agents of all budget, which is why it's recommended you have some money before starting (although we will pay for your leads while you're training and you'll make money off of those).
Paying for leads are important because
(1) You need to see people to make money, and you control how much you make with how many leads you buy.
Some people spend $400 on leads and make $2000.
Some spent $1000 on leads and make $5000.
Some spent $100 and make $500.
As long as you're seeing people and selling them you'll make money.
And (2) as a 1099 employee,
you won't be getting taxes out of your pay and
your leads will be your biggest write off, which as a business owner, you'll need!
